Notre Dame San Jose's choral music program offers a place for all students, regardless of experience, to grow their vocal and performance skills. under the direction of Ms. Tina Paulson, the choirs explore music from a variety of time periods and places, in many different languages, and in diverse musical styles. Students study ear training, music reading, voice technique, and performance skills, while building a tight-knit community and friendships that last a lifetime. NDSJ choirs tour both domestically and internationally, bringing the joy, confidence, and power of treble music to their audiences wherever they go!
Woodside Priory School, founded in 1957, is a Catholic Benedictine, independent college preparatory school. Its mission is to assist all students in creating meaningful and balaced lives, developing as life-long learners and stewards, and productively serving a world in need of their gifts.
The choirs of Woodside Priory School are under the direction of Mr. Albert Mabeza. They strive to work on many topics, including musicality, expression, music theory and literacy, culture, history and performance techniques. The combined choirs have been on tour to many locations, including Spain, Hungary, New York, Washington D.C. and, of course, Disneyland.
