SONGS OF THE EARTH
Songs of the Earth features the choir of Francis Holland School from central London, directed by Elliot Mercer and accompanied by Helen Vickery. The choir comprising 60 girls aged 12 – 15 years is a cherished ensemble within the school, advancing young musicians and bringing joy through singing. Their programme is a reflection on the beauty of the planet and the threat of climate change. It includes music by various British composers including John Rutter.
