H4H Kerkenpad Sept. 10, 2026

This year our church is organizing the annual day out with our neighboring churches from the H4H. We are putting the musical history and tradition of the English Church in the Begijnhof in the spotlight, with special attention to our two magnificent organs, both built by the world-renowned organ builder Flentrop. We begin in the church, where we will take a look behind the scenes at the organs and receive further explanation regarding other works of art in our church. Lunch will be served in the church and then we will travel by public transport to Zaandam for tours of Flentrop's workshops. We will split into two groups to visit both locations: the pipe workshop in Zaandam and the cabinet maker in Koog aan de Zaan. The two groups will then switch so that everyone gets to experience everything.

N.B. Please be prepared for walking! (to and from public transport and the locations, and during the tours themselves.) Bring your own (sufficiently charged) public transport card.

9:30 – Gather at the English Church. Coffee followed by an informative guided tour.

11:30 – Lunch in the church
